Q: What is Scarpetta? A: Scarpetta is Bobby and Lachlan’s wine project in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy. They are currently making 4 wine varietals, which are distributed in Colorado, New York, California, Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Washington, New Jersey, and Arizona with more states to be added in the coming months. A: We do not offer 7:00 reservations unless it is for one of our walk-in tables or bar seats (see below). We offer 2 seatings in our dining room. The first seating offers reservations from 5:30-6:15pm and our second seating from 8:00-10:30pm. OpenTable does not accurately reflect all of our availability, so if you are unable to find a table for the date and time you'd like, please call us at 303.442.6966 to inquire. We accept reservations exactly two months to the calendar date, so mark the calendar for your special occasions so you are able to secure the reservation time you would like. Q: Do you have tables available for walk-in guests? A: We highly encourage guests to walk in any night of the week at Frasca. Each night we have a few available walk-in tables on both seatings, as well as our bar seating, salumi bar seating and patio seating (weather permitting) at a first come, first served basis. We open at 5:30pm Monday-Saturday, which is the best time to arrive. Other times to consider arriving are 7:00, 9:00 and later. The walk-in seats comprise nearly 1/3 of all our nightly seating availability! Q: Do you serve vegetarian and/or gluten-free dishes? A: Yes! Chef Lachlan is happy to create dishes to accommodate our guests dietary needs. When you make a reservation or when you are greeted by your server, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. Q: Is Frasca open for lunch? A: Frasca is open for lunch for private events only. To inquire about availability and pricing, please call 303.442.0608. Q: What is your corkage fee? A: Not applicable. Under the Colorado State Law, we are unable to allow any alcohol, including wine, to be brought in and consumed at Frasca. Our team of experienced sommeliers are happy to select wine pairings from our extensive list to complement your menu selections. Q: What is your dress code? A: Frasca is located in Boulder, Colorado….so, anything goes! Our guests feel comfortable dining in attire ranging from very elegant to very casual. Q: Does Frasca have a private dining room?
